Chiweza Village

Well Donated by : Sunday School Class, Broadmoor Baptist Church

Date Dedicated : June 24, 2011

Testimony: The name of this village is Chiweza village. It is in Traditional Authority Chitukula. There are three Chiefs who will be using this well, and a total of 51 families will enjoy the safe, clean water. In the dry season, the well they were using dries up, and the women have to walk more than 5 miles to get water from the river.

Chiweza Baptist Church members are standing near the well drilled by Clean Water for Malawi funded by a sunday school class of Broadmoor Baptist Church. We have given them Bibles, these are New and Old Testament Bibles. The church is growing very fast, and now has 60 adult members and many children and youth.

The members are very excited with what God has done for them. God has given them clean water to drink and HE has also given them HIS SON Jesus who gives Life water. Now they have both Life water and Clean water to drink.
