Tikumane Village

Well Donated by : Crossway Community Church

Date Dedicated : September 19, 2011

Testimony: The people of Tikumane Village only had unsafe water from an old well to drink. The water from this well contained bacteria and algae that grew on the rotten pieces of wood that surrounded the well. Most of the people complained that every time they drank water from that well they felt stomach pains and then would get sick. The village has 51 families. Last rainy season, Cholera killed 5 people in Tikumane Village. The villagers are so excited to have clean water now!
